Before the meeting - Invite a few students and an advisor or youth leader. - Choose your group's setting: a school club, church youth group, or campus community. - For a school club, review your school's club process. Welcome and introductions (5 minutes) What brought each student to this conversation? 2. Read the official foundation (10 minutes) Explore the movement introduction from NCMN's Korea headquarters together. Discuss the movement's local focus and collect questions for the 5K Youth team. 3. Explore one local first step (10 minutes) Which advisor, youth leader, or church/community partner could guide the group? What do you need to learn before planning an activity? 4.
